Â鶹ÊÓƵ of Queensland received two awards at the Pride in Diversity for commitment to inclusion and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ was named as a Gold Employer for the third year, recognising efforts towards inclusion against a national benchmark on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ also received the 2024 Trans and Gender Diverse Inclusion Award, which recognises Â鶹ÊÓƵ as one of the best employers for trans and gender diverse people in Australia.
The awards reflect the collective efforts across Â鶹ÊÓƵ to create an inclusive culture for staff, students and the broader community, through the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Ally Network, and a number of programs and initiatives to support the University’s priorities and objectives.
